Kotobukiya Replacement Parts

ArekusuArekusu2 years agoAsk MFC
Dear MFC-Community,

I lost the two tiny chessmen which were part of the No game no life - Shiro Figure from Kotobukiya: ITEM #218050

I am a german living in Japan but I didn't find the right contact email address to ask Kotobukiya for help.

Does Kotobukiya replace parts at all? As it was my fault to lose them parts they send me replacement when I accept to pay them?

Thank you

Best,
Arekusu

Moro (2 years ago) #2589526I have not had good experiences with Koto's customer service. I love them, but they are not helpful to overseas customers unless you have bought directly from their store. It's worth a try, but don't get your hopes up too much.

Thanks for the info. I will tell you about the result as soon as possible. Let's see

If you're living in Japan, most of these things are dealt by phone. There're usually phone numbers to call customer service in the box of the product.

I've heard of them replacing broken parts, I'm not sure if they would replace parts you lost though. Worth a try.

Thank you so much for your help. I'll try and ask them
