Is this ebay store reliable?n/a

Two years ago I've ordered item #5390 from fununiverse, but they sent me a wrong item with another colour - item #12223, that I dislike. I've explained my problem and they say that if I sent back the package they give me another, when the first arrived. They've lied until I can't leave bad feedback, never answer and never sent a replacement. It was the first and worst experience with e-bay :(

Not so far ago I've decided to try again, because can't find what I want anywhere. So I've ordered - item #2448 , but they again sent another colour - item #6010. After that I've reconciled that this seller is not reliable. I don't recommend. Beware.

Yep, the service is bad, but if you're dying to get the item, maybe you can give it a try. After reading a lot of bad feedback from them, I decided to... TRY xDD...

So if you want the item really deeply like me ( In fact I'm still waiting, but it's already on my customs, so not that bad ), maybe some risk is just another fun factor? Dunno. He sent me the tracking right away by the moment I complained, so the service is bad, but he still fear PayPal rules, if you get what I mean.

I'll also let you know as soon as my package arrive here about item condition and so, but I guess it's worth to give it a try.

I don't remember well where I saw that the store owner is actually a collector that buy 4 or 5x the same product by it's release to sell it later.

It's too bad the shop's service has declined over the years. I bought something once years ago and communication had been iffy then. Took some time for responses.

I bought once from their outside ebay store and had zero problems but also never attempted to communicate with the dude like many other commenters.

5 years ago it was great but in last 2 years is going a bad store;
of course figures are original but they have bad customer service.

It's exactly what I did, I never bought from their store, only tried on eBay, and it was a terrible experience.

NOT RECOMMENDED, seriously.

I've heard their customer support is semi terrible.
I've emailed their non-ebay store before but never got a response.
