Getting figs IN Japan

The title may seem a bit dumb but my actual question is:

What are the chances of getting released figs in Japan?

Like i said it kinda sounds dumb but im wondering if i am able to get certain figs that have been released since i missed out on some preorders and usually when website preorders are released they dont stock them back up anymore.

The items in question are:

ITEM #415013
ITEM #317825
ITEM #287760

I missed out on their preorder windows and since im travelling to Japan in February, I am wondering if theres a good chance ill be able to pick em up or like websites, once theyre out of stock, theyre basically gone off shops forever (unless they sell preowned). Theyre also somewhat popular items and its sort of the reason why im keeping my hopes low so i dont shatter the tiny bit of hope i have left :P

Also while we are at it, what are some good shops to visit whilst in Akiba?

Sorry, sorry, couldn't help myself ^_^

    Go to Akihabara, It's loud and awesome :D The Mandarake Complex is there, along with a lot of other otaku shops. I went to Japan before I got this hobby, so I didn't really "hunt" for figures then. Have fun in Japan! Plz take me with you ;_;

If you don't mind getting used figures you may find some in the Rental boxes for really cheap. But its pretty easy to miss things in there.

I would also keep an eye on Amazon.co.jp. You can have your package shipped to your hotel or pick them up at your local qualified convenience store. With that said, you can definitely check out other online shops too that ship within Japan.

-to add to comment below: Tokyu hands have figures too! check out their toys/hobby floor

Otherwise go around in smaller stores or Nakano. They'll have lots of figures that's usually sold out online.

You can try your luck at Kiddy Land!
I only visited their store near Omotesando station when I was in Tokyo so I cannot speak for other stores but they had some recently released Nendoroids and other figures there (top floor). Here's their website: www.kiddyland.c...

But since it's LL! and a few months will have passed between February and the release of the figures you mentioned I guess your best bet is to go to Akiba and look out for them there.

You'll find them in Akihabara. But the prices will vary due to rarity. All stores have different prices so you'll need to look around. Here was a photo I took from like last Saturday (Jan. 7) and they still have the sh. figuarts and etc. The figuarts are pretty hard to find and can only be ordered from bandai's online stores, yet here they are lol. They had all the birthday figures too.

As long as it's not Sword Art Online or Touhou, the prices won't be insanely scalped.
they had Griffon Enterprises' Mokou from Touhou for like $400 when you can find it for like $150 lol.

Some stores to check out for newer release figures are Yodabashi, Sofmap and Kotobukiya.

Yodabashi stock new release figures, there is a massive one in Akihabara on the other side of the train station.

Sofmap stores also stock both new release and pre-owned figures. The main store in Akiba has many figures on level 6 I believe.

Kotobukiya stores also stock other manufacturer's figures, I saw they had many ITEM #236159 in stock when I was there in 2015 so I'm sure it's likely they'll have ITEM #317825.

Be sure to go to the Radio Kaiken building, there are many anime related stores inside such as K-books, Jungle, Yellow Submarine.

Also you must go visit the Akiba Tokyo Anime Centre Official shop. There is a small shop there packed with various anime goods but if you take the large escalator behind the store up into the UDX building, it leads to an exhibition area that is dedicated to a particular anime series or studio. When I was there the exhibition was for the "Charlotte" Series. I believe they change it every few weeks.

    Good Luck!
