You say you wouldn't ideally want to spend 20-30% over the retail price of those figures, but you have some really rare ones in there where even 50% over the retail would be considered cheap. Got my Ryougi Shiki on re-release and I just retrieved my Fatina from the Post Office! I lucked out and found her on Rakuten (sealed, new condition) for $85 after the conversion rate. So happy!!

Just picked up the Dengeki Wave Beach Queens version of Kawashima Ami from Mandarake. Set me back about $75 (about 50% more then retail) but that is one more figure off of the bucket list! 3 down... 9 to go! Thanks to maximimon for the assist!

Yes, the hunt is definitely more interesting and worthwhile when you look for a rare item at bargain price. Good luck :P
