NemsEngelAceSasu (2 months ago) #23828179I rarely use anything other than sal. But that is up to your preferences.
My preferences are cheapest hehe. But i hear EMS attracts alot of customs, which idk if Australia does or not.

Kiz-xo (2 months ago) #23828100on their chart EMS seems cheaper than SAL, But theres also SAL small, which one would you recommend? (As SAL small could go into trouble, but EMS n Sal can get expensive)

NemsEngelAceSasu (2 months ago) #23827442I have used them a lot. And their postage is totally normal. They do not overcharge like CDJapan does.

Lilie (2 months ago) #23483094May i ask what's the story behind Japan Best? what happened to them?Well as far as I know they were a partner shop but they were very shady (i.e. selling used items as new, selling bootlegs etc.), and of course with a bad customer service to add. They used to have a user here like some stores have, and you could see all of their clients' rage in the profile comments. I tried searching for that user but it seems it got deleted. Then there was a case before a year or so that the mentioned user started spamming comments during a very short time period in literally every poplar figure's page ("in stock at our store" etc.). Needless to say that they didn't had any of those figures in stock. People who paid never got the items as to my understanding. After that they disappeared. That is what I remember.

SengokuGensui (2 months ago) #23441375I'm pretty sure that's all there is to it. Can't explain otherwise the exsistence of partner shops like Solaris Japan and the now closed Japan Best...May i ask what's the story behind Japan Best? what happened to them?

Yes, I almost feel some partner shops should be banned at this point... jacking up prices on preorders is consistently sending people into a state of panic, and unrealistic aftermarket prices make unknowing members list their own for sale for similar amounts (of course only to be ignored by the community).
