also you could always message mandarake themselves if they offer paypal and if not why not? I do tha a lot and they change it to paypal for me except for 18+ stuff though

strange I use hotmail and nothing is wrong so thats prob. not the issue

sometimes it doesnt show 18+ but they got a button stating it is ( as I had it before as well ) though I asked them kindly and they changed it to paypal option for me ;) so perhaps you could message them and ask the reason or if they could add paypal option for you?

also some stores are more strict when it comes to a lil nudity it seems cause some bible black etc. figs as mentioned arent marked as 18+ but this one is ..

yeah, may be so, but this one wasn't the case with this figure.
Not all mandarake stores have the paypal payment option. some only have payment with credit card available

probably that's not the reason, which mandarake store did you buy it from? probably not nakano.
That figure isn't even close to other figures I've bought from mandarake in terms of nudity, native and those bible black figures would be included there too, and that's not the case.

Paypal does not allow adult content/goods (namely "obscene or sexually oriented materials"), but they can't check every transaction of course.

There could be a problem if somebody tries to file a dispute for an adult item, though. Use PP for adult items at your own risk.
