maraiatori (7 months ago) #1179752I'm not really sure/don't know a lot about Mandarake, but it's probably because someone already bought the figure. The online store probably didn't update the status for the figure you're looking at. But then again, it's a mere guess :P good luck~
So that's what people mean when they say, "I hope I made it in time." when they talk of their orders at Mandarake.. :D

Leosach (7 months ago) #1149540An great tip I give you... search in Japanese, enter in the profile of the character here in Tsuki and make a Crtl + c then Crtl + V on the charscter name in japanese put this in the searching area and voilá! the you'll become a pro looking for rare stuff in mandarake XD... from all the stores usually only nakano store uses regular language... all the others you need to search in japanese!....... and last comment I have is... always when I'm trying to buy something and they don't have it it's already sold, they send me an e-mail with thanks and sorry .... I think that maybe the just love me! but please don't ever loose the chance! Mandarake is great! by the way I just got now my Nendoroid petit set of Lucky star cosplaying street fighter! only 1000 yens XD

OMG They totally have you spoiled! lol!! Sweet grab on the Lucky Star petit set. I haven't started collecting any Niitengo figures yet but I will eventually. And it will become a problem like the rest of the bad buying habits.

I tried out copying a pasting some of the names and it brings up more results. But I just have bad luck with figures seeing as they aren't in stock. I'll keep trying and thanks for the tips. I can definitely make greater use of the store(s) now despite it still being a complicated process for me. D'x

You enter the dungeon with 1 life, you will certainly die unless you are a pro. But if you descend with 5+ lives, you should find what you are looking for.

First You must understand Mandarake before buying in it... i live in Brazil and all my stuff come easily in 15 days, and plus they have the best shipment process! the most protected Item inside the boxes ever! :)

The Mandarake is a 10 fisical stores group that decided to put a website online, their stock control isn't at real time, so when you make an order you're not exactly buying the Item you're requesting an avaiability of that Item... because as the same time the item is offered in the website the same Item is for sale inside the store... So anyone can come in and buy it and then you loose it.

All the 10 stores are different from each other and each one has different kind of negociations, and you CAN´T mix items from different stores... So if you buy one Item from Kokura store, you can´t mix it with Nakano stores items... So for you don´t have any problems when you're trying to buy in it choose one Store and then buy it... or buy in different stores but remember you"ll pay a shipment tax for each one.

Another tip is that don´t ever forget that mandarake has a shipment Tax for itens below 5000 yens, anything cheaper than that you need to pay extra 500 as a "handling fee"

process:

a) You'll receive an confirmation e-mail of your Order Request.
b) After they check if the Item is REALLY avaiable they send you a another e-mail with the total amount, shipment fee and a direct link to payment page so you can pay.
c) They send you a third e-mail with thanks and tracking number (if you choose a registered Shipment)

d) you can make different orders and ask then for being in the same shipment as long that you buy all in the same store!... Ex: you enter in nakano and make order number 1254 and 3 hours later you enter again at Nakano and make another other... when you are making the second one... in OBS field put "please ship with order 1254".... or make both orders and after send an e-mail requesting if they can put together both orders!

Just go to amiami or somewhere else. anyway, hope you can buy from mandarake, at least you lost an opponent who is me :)but if you come to ami ami, you will have an opponent like me, which my computer is on 24/7 :p
