iNew to amiami : quick questionn/a

Hey everyone, I just ordered at Amimi and it's my first try with them and there's something I was wondering about.

So, I ordered

Nendoroid Petit, Nendoroid Petit: Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Extension Set (#01) x1

Nendoroid Petit, Nendoroid Petit: Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Extension Set (#02) x1

Bascially, 4 nendoroids petit in set of 2
So, when ordering them, I chose as an option combine with this order, thinking they would be shipped together.

But after placing my order, I noticed that they show up as two separate orders.
Is that normal or?
How do I make AmiAmi ship them together even if one's already out and the other up for preorder?

You can shove in-stock items into orders not released yet in the SAME month. Because Extension Set 2 comes out in December you cannot ship them together.

One set is in stock and the other comes out in December, and you can only combine items that are released in the same month :)
You could if the second set was released this month, but since that's not the case... <3

you should be able to "combine orders by month". it's on the right-hand side of the first section. (ext link)

if you can't do that, it's because one preorder is not out yet, meaning it's not in stock for shipping.
