Would you rather I just tell you "You're wrong" without backing it up? I am disagreeing with you and letting you know exactly why. If you would rather talk about me personally rather than actually responding to my explanations then, well, it's hard to take what you say as the "truth." *shrug*

I'll do you a favor and take my leave now.
This store was trying to solve this small problem for three days, made it more complicated and then also made a mistake in final invoice. Am I really being unfair? Well, they solved it nicely, but it took time and caused me quite a number of inconveniences. It should have been easier than that. What do I have to say about myself? It was me who started it. I did cause this whole trouble. And I actually knew that long before you started this conversation - it's rather obvious, no need for further discussion.

I get your point (you hate me for reasons), but why do you keep writing it all over again? Well, that's a rhetoric question, I see that you are being very consistent about being consistent. There is one good point you can take into consideration: you can save yourself quite some time by telling the truth in one sentence instead of elaborate and shadowy rhetorics.

You're writing about your reactions to a situation and I'm simply writing my reaction to your reaction. You're "sick of being nice" yet you will only be (almost disgustingly) nice when there's something to gain for yourself (eg. using flattery to get a cancellation). It sounds to me like you just want people to tell you, "Oh you poor thing. Yeah something similar happened to me too and I know exactly how you feel," but if someone comes and tells you, "Um... It's not entirely the store's fault you know?" and backs it up then it's not OK because this blog post is only for people who agree with you. Have you noticed you've ignored all comments (except mine) saying that this probably isn't all AmiAmi's fault?

Whatever. It's not like you're going to change your opinion and if you want to shop somewhere else then that's your right. This topic just happens to be about AmiAmi but if it were about another store and you were making the same contradicting statements, I would still point them out.

You should probably learn that different people react to different situations differently. You can stay calm and objective, but I am not like this at all. This is my blog post and I can at least be my inconsistent self here, I'm quite sick of being nice all over IRL. Deal with it.

You can buy a 100K yen figure that's under 90 cm in size and 2 kg in weight and ship it unregistered SAL if you really wanted to. If the root of your overreaction is because your order was invoiced as EMS then isn't that all on you? Your order was invoiced as EMS because YOU ordered items that are too large to all be shipped as SAL parcel. And if you understand that the shipping changing to EMS is not AmiAmi's fault then why are you blaming them? I mean, yeah, so they helped split your order and it turned out costing more than EMS and when they recombined it they chose the wrong box. They still fixed it in the end for you yet you make it sound like they didn't make any effort to help you. You bash them hard when they make a simple mistake and then when they fix it, you give them very little acknowledgment.

I picked EMS for shipping (I live in Alaska) because I didn't know any better. She's not coming out until May, though, so...it's not like I don't have time to change something.
I don't really think you should worry. I don't like EMS because it ultimately sucks in my region.

They don't have a split option on their site. You can only combine.

You can change your shipping method on the website. It's under "Update shipping info/payment method" on the "My Account" menu.

I've sent you a message with details, and just to leave a comment here, I completely disagree with you.
First of all, what's wrong with customs? Russian customs incoming limit without paying any taxes is 1000 (one thousand!) euro and shipping doesn't counts. 30000 yen is approximately only 290 euro.
And second, what's wrong with amiami charges, really?? it's absolutely reasonable price for shipment (don't forget about cardboard weight, paypal fee and sales tax -_-""). if your order contains 10 figures and you was charged for 9000 yen, it's only 900 yen per figure, is it so huge amount?? it's 11$ only!
Splitting order will NOT lessen shipping rate in any case, combined shipping is always cheaper =_=

Amiami was very kind with you, honestly, you're too overreacting. I've had some troubles with orders on amiami too, but it was caused by my own mistakes and even when I was a troublemaker/paid not in time, they always help me in timely manner and was very polite.
