iNippon Yassan Problem :/n/a

I ordered the Hatsune Miku Racing 2011 with them month agoitem #67134

i had it for 68€ shipping include, few days ago i paid it for 66.95€

they accepted my payment and said they will proceed for the shipment BUT today i received a mail from them saying they made a mistake in the price and wants me to pay 2200 yen more for her.

It's weird because they never put it for 7700 yen, 3 or 4 month ago i got it for 5600 yen so why asking me to pay more, can they really do that?

what i wanna know is can i ask them to ship it for that price(this is really what i wanna do) because they can't just change their item price like that :/

they offered me to refund me but i want that miku so what to do please help me :/

If there was an error, they should have noticed before sending me the invoice. If that doesn't work, I'll probably cancel the order. So more than likely, I won't be getting this figure. Disappointing, but I also don't want to let such actions fly.
Last night the nendo was still listed as 5400 yen on their site. Looks like they jumped that up to 7800 yen in the last 14 hours to back them up.


Yeah exactly, that's what i saw after, i wanted also to do it this dispute but i really don't have the time for that and i want this to be closed as soon as possible, but next time i will probably not.

in my account it's written 66euro shipping include to pay, i paid less than that at first, then now i paid 2400 yen, i have the pay note pdf file too so i don't know what to do more than that :/

It makes a company look bad to the customer when this thing happens in a short span of time. To me at least, it shows that internally they are a mess, and that's a pity because prior to this, I heard good things about them.


I bought with them many times, they are usually fine despite the time they make to ship items but this is the first time they ask me more money for a figure because they made a mistake in the price that they added since october 2012 (which i found suspect)
plus i'm not the only one who had to deal with that, people who got this nendo also had the same issue!
i feel trapped because they have nice price and they also undervalue packages so i don't get custom fees, which is why actually i stick with them, and now i feel myself becoming their slaves, i might just ask my proxy to get figures out there for me through YJ or mandarake :/

goharago (1 year ago) #1343037I ordered a 5k Azusa Nendo for my friend on Nippon because it was sold out on Mandarake/Jungle...then Jungle restocks her for 4k so I tried to e-mail them for a cancellation.
Got no e-mail reply in the end and took them 12 days to ship it out. Pretty much done with them until they improve their service.
Edit: O and I would argue with them. No shop should ever bill you for a new invoice just because it costs them more. It's called a small loss and a cost of doing business if they want to stay as a reputable store.


Yeah that is what i hate about them :(
and i've send them a mail telling i paid but they should have notice their mistake earlier, i think i will stop bothering with them :(

goharago (1 year ago) #1343005Not only that, on my last half dozen orders with them they've taken approximately 10 days to ship out each order and chose to ignore all my e-mail inquiries.
Pretty bad service imo...and i'm sure they don't have all the items in stock and is using your money to purchase new ones from different suppliers.
