My school girl Homura nendoroid came with wings where the most important part of it was already breaking off, the part that you use to attach to the clear peg pole/thingy that goes into the base (what supports the nendoroid). I circled the part that broke off in red on the picture below.

I've tried super glue, and while the peice will fit back on and stay, it always breaks off again when I try to attach it back on the pole. I don't know what to do as I bought this nendoroid for the sole reason of displaying her with those wings.
So my questions are...
Does GSC send replacement parts for figures that came broken? I know it's probably going to be a no, but I thought I'd ask if anyone has tried this before...
What is a really good, VERY strong glue that is somewhat flexible? Flexibility is the most important thing here, as it is unavoidable that I need to bend this part of the wings to actually get it to fit it on.
Also, is there such thing as glue remover? (Yeah, I've never had a broken figure until now so I have no idea lol)
Thanks for reading, I really hope I'll be able to find some answers
