And on top of that I'll still have to wait for a translation, which I can only hope will get done real quick, like in a year or so, Tsukihime being high-profile and all...

I really should learn some Japanese in the meantime.

I have been trying to find a collectors page for the Fate/ and other Type-Moon works but to not much avail, hence I decided to start my own. I hope all of you fellow anime fans will will support this page.I hope we can get an active community of fans together on a more suitable platform, especially those who love collecting anime merchandise. I like both styles very much (though I like Takeuchi's new style more in general), but I think the older one was better matching Tsukihime's mood. Though I'll probably buy the new game, since I haven't ended the old one yet (shame on me, orz) but I liked it very much <33

I like Ciel's new glasses, I think they give her a more teasing, mature air. I'm kinda split on her hair though.
And Akiha looks pretty much the same? I liked her red skirt better, but black looks good too...

Can't wait to see Hisui and Kohaku.

New Arc kinda looks like Saber kinda, and I miss her long skirt :( At least they kept the turtleneck. I think Ciel's new look is an upgrade though.

New Tsukihime 2 character designs from TYPE-MOON Ace Vol 8 (ext link)

While I like the fact that the character designs are being updated to Takeuchi's current, improved art style, I can't say I'm too fond of the new Arcueid design. No more distinguishable, slanted overlayer of hair (though now it does resemble the original real-life model a lot more) and not a fan of the overly short skirt. Ciel's hair looks a bit bland and standard ; / Akiha looks as expected of an update though I hope they swap in her original red colour somewhere in her standard outfit (all-black is a bit boring)
