Love music in Ghibli film. Joe Hisaishi is such a musical genius!
If I'd pick one I think I'd go with Mononoke Hime. Nausicäa has the best music, though!

I can't count the number of times I've watched Kiki's Delivery Service. XD''' Though Ponyo was adorable (FUJIMOTO) and I also watch Howl's Moving Castle quite a bit.
Desperately seeking Half Age Heroine Gundam Lady Une!

Laputa: Castle in the Sky! One of the first anime films I ever watched, the first was Totoro I believe which is also really good :D.

Laputa was the first anime i ever saw, and is also my favourite film of all time. So that. Mononoke Hime, Spirited Away, Porco Rosso and Totoro come in joint second, then the rest, then Howl's ( I just don't get it :S ), then Tales from Eathersea along with Nausicaa.

Princess Mononoke was the first work of his that I had seen, and it still has this really special feel to me. I don't know if it's nostalgia or what, but I'm still as in love with it as I was then.

Nostalgia plays a big part.
Nausicaa was the first Ghibli film I saw and it's still my favorite. Hells, I was 5 years old or so when I saw it and I loved it then. The opening theme and Nausicaa's theme are just awesome. <3

Do I have to choose just one? I'm a huge fan of both Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away. I've also seen Kiki's Delivery Service and found it to be so-so, and I really didn't like Howl's Moving Castle. I've still yet to see My Neighbor Totoro, Nausicaa Valley of the Winds or Castle in the Sky. I hope that doesn't make me less than a true fan! I've even been to the Studio Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, Japan so I hope that counts for something!

Thanks kuma. Certainly looks interesting. I'll check out some samples on youtube.
Didn't mention it, but I guess Totoro falls into second place for me, followed by Princess Mononoke.
Off-topic but interesting:
I wikied him and found out he did the soundtracks to a lot of Takeshi Kitano movies. WTH, didn't even notice that he did the music for those. Gotta rewatch those sometime.
