I'm somewhat collecting figmas and these are some of my faves that I have.
-Yagami Hayate -> Love her looks...
-Megurine Luka -> Imagined her with a more matured and mellow voice.
-Aya Syameimaru/Shameimaru -> My fave Touhou character.
-Kuroi Mato -> dat "Thinking Face!!!" >^< She's definitely worth every penny

I really like my Kaname Madoka Figma. ^^ She is really cute and I love posing her. ^^ Hatsune Miku Append is another one; I am in love with her hair and again, she is fun to pose. ^^ Another is the Izumi Konata Cosplay version because she is really cute. ^^ I would say the Hatsune Miku live Ver. too, but solely because she was one I really wanted since I started collecting and I was able to get her at a point, though as of right now I haven't unboxed her.;;;;
These are just of right now though; of course subject to change in the future. ^^

From those I wish to have - Metis is absolutely the best, and I've got the feeling that one of the Accel World figmas will turn out to be quite amazing.
I couldn't possibly choose which from my measly three figmas is the best - first Drossel, second Drossel or Miku Append - all are absolutely loveable, but there's one more reason - I'm on the poorer side of collectors, so the more expensive a toyline is, the more I try to pick only what I feel is the best of the best.

I'd have to go with Sakuya Izayoi. I can pretty much give her anything adnd she still manages to look cool to me. Knives, guns, strange objects, you name it. Heck, I can even swap her arms out with Casual Saber and I get a long sleeved Sakuya.

Currently all about my Samus Aran figma, I think she turned out so cool. As far as my all-time favorite, probably my BRS2035 figma, she was my first figma~
