Ryomou Shimei is one of the most notable characters of the series due to her odd personality and use of submission moves. Ryomou has short blue hair and a noticeably distinctive mole on her cheek, her strange history is tied to the eye patch she wears on her left eye. Ryomou has a habit of wearing a short skirted maid's outfit and carries a pair of handcuffs with her which she uses in her fights along with wrestling, submission and throwing moves, she can also perform very proficent Chi blasts.

Ryomou possesses a Dragon which is revealed to reside in her left eye and so seals it with her eye patch but seems to be the most in harmony with her Dragon and it is revealed that it is slowly killing her since it did not become dormant again. The origin of the dragon differs in the anime and manga. In the anime "Ikkitousen Xtreme Xecutors", it is stated as having come from a massive attack by an out-of-control Kanu. In the manga, however, it came from Ryuubi Gentoku, whom Ryomou attacked the first time Ryuubi's dragon went out of control.
