yep it surprised me when I found out it was but it looks fine with all the bits on so I'm not complaining. ^_^

The info above about it being not cast-offable is a bit wrong. Mine arrived today and I was a bit taken aback to discover it was. it looks like it is done really well; like clothing and not stuff hanging off a figure in a weird fashion.
