I'm sorry to hear that. One of the face joints on my Sebastian was broken when I got him, I was able to fix it, but now he can't move his head up and down on one of his faces. I thought GSC had better quality control than that.

...and all that news about baaad quality control makes me wish I bought a bootleg instead. *super mega forehead-bleeding facepalm*
