Really? It fits in mine quite well. It may have something to do with the way you're putting the book in her hand.
It always falls out if I try the exact same angle and positioning as the official pictures. It stays properly in almost every other way tough, so it's not really a problem, I just find it strange. (slightly different angle, vertical placement, placing it a few millimeters higher, etc all work)
Anyway, it's a really wonderful figure, but it looks the best if viewed a bit from the right side, and slightly below. None of the official pictures are from that angle so she really looks a lot better in real life than on the pictures.
