Yes, FooBarBaz' Miku has no V for the word "Vocaloid", but the other Mikus that I've seen in the boarder shots don't seem to have this problem. FooBarBaz got a Miku with a paint error, it seems ^^

Finally got her today after a very long wait, and though she is gorgeous I still like the GSC one a bit better. The Max Factory version has superior quality control, better colors, and the clear hair rocks, but I think GSC's version just looks more like Miku. Plus the MF one has very odd looking shoulders. She needs to eat a cheeseburger!

Figure collecting makes me feel kind of strange. Makes me happy and disappointed at some points (ex. when I can't get what I want). But the challenge of attaining that elusive ONE item gives this hobby that special thrill, I guess. XD

LestterAkariShinjuLestterWell AkariShinju, I have both of those and I like both very much. However, my favorite of the two is Max's Miku. They're both very different. Max's Miku is very well made and hardly has any flaws ( trust me I've looked). World is Mine on the other hand has many flaws but somehow she has a beauty that shines through all the flaws. They're both great but if I had to choose I would go with Max's Miku. She's worth the high price and won't disappoint. Just think things through and just get the one you feel is worth your money and that you gravitate towards more.
I see. Your opinion helps a lot; I wanted to hear somebody else's opinion (aside from online reviews and MFC comments) about World Is Mine. Was really confused about which Miku to get since I think the one in my local hobby store is an elusive "perfect" World Is Mine (no noticeable paint flaws, etc. Of course I haven't seen it out of the box yet :P) Will buy Max Miku next week. :)
But if somebody purchases the Max Miku before me, I'll go for World Is Mine. And if somebody buys both Mikus before me, I'll just buy the 1/6 KOS-MOS swimwear ver. in a different store. XD

You're welcome. I know it may sound dumb but just go with what your heart tells you. Forget about flaws; go with what you like most. Like I said I like max's more but that's just me so don't listen to me too much because something I think is great may not be the same for you. Just make the right choice for you.

Thanks anyway for the comment. I actually plan to buy both figures, it's just that I will only have enough money THIS April for one. The other figure, I plan to purchase it in June. So there's a chance that I can get both, but in case somebody beats me to one of the figures, I wanted to make sure that what I will buy this April is the right one.
