Well going on Good Smile's track record I will say def a delay I mean Canaan figure wasn't sold out on pre-orders and it got delayed twice.
I now start to beleive any bif fig company I will not take there first release date serious fot scaled figure's, I mean like evey single figure gets delayed very rare it doesn't.

I wouldn't see why not. The main body is the same as the old BRS, and the base is much simpler. The only thing that would require extra work would be the jacket, but these few months should be enough to work out any kinks since the prototype announcement. Besides, the pre-orders aren't even sold out yet, so that gets rid of the "delay to make more" reasoning.
They're all good reasons, but then again, delays do occur out of nowhere. =\

Got the Cannon version, and I'm getting this one too, it's really sexy. :3
Too bad they didn't used a different pose though.

I'll pass on this one,the pose for this and the cannon version (which looks much cooler if you ask me) are the same.
I won't like the look of displaying 2 figures that are almost the same.
