drowrangerFor those that have her already, how does she look beside other 1/8 figures (since the VN02 looked smaller)?
I have her but unfortunately I boxed Miku already but if I remember correctly I would say they balance each other out well. They're both SMALL. Rin is very small and weighs so little! She more like 1/9th but let me tell you, she's awesome. Really really awesome. I hope this helps; hopefully someone who has both out can elaborate more precisely on the subject. You're gonna love her.

Once it's made though it looks amazing, really pleased with it, her face looks better than in the pics.

nekomimiPutting this figure together is like putting together some of the more difficult trading figures or gashapon. D: You finally get everything in the right spot, only to have a piece come apart... First time I've had to read the instructions whilst putting a "completed" figure together.
I agree about the cord/wire!
Awesome figure otherwise though. :D Will have to finally get my VN02 out of its box so they can stand side by side!
Yeah, I expected a better fitting series of parts with a company like Max Factory, with most parts coming together smoothly. I just spent the last hour adjusting the wire to be perfect, it's farrrr from it.. maybe I just won't display it. XD

Okay finally got her together, the red cord is especially hellish, the hole to insert the cord is waaaay too short to hold it in long term. :(
She looks epic next to VN02, they have a similar single colour + black & white palette. :)

Can't wait to see some photos (especially beside VN02). I picked SAL so it will be probably another week before mine gets here.
Hope I don't have problems too getting her together. ^^;

Ugh she's so difficult to assemble, I'm stuck at putting in the pink ring at the bottom. :(

Yeah, including the base it's bigger than other 1/8ths but she herself is smaller.
