Wow. Way too often figures fail to live up to the pre-release shots. Saber Gift is not one of these figures.
Yes. She really is that good, plus some more.
Long story short. If you were stuck on a deserted island and there was only one figure you could teleport to where you were, no small number would choose to ask for Saber Gift.

Exactly, almost the cost of a nice PVC figure, i really don't get it: figure cost 3,714 yens, shipping 5,400 yens. Very wrong!
As i said, the discount is just a ilusion!
Kinda late response ^^ but I want to comment this. You seem very unlucky - large box packing or maybe cuz you are from Brasil shipping went up.
I got "lucky" with preorders as well resulting in getting Saber shipped alone ~_~
I paid 7,057 Yen (original price when released) and 3,700 for EMS shipping to Czech (EU).
Discount is not an illusion...you had 5,400 Yen (postage paid) on bill / paper from EMS JP sticked ? If yeah blame posts chages ^^ I doubt HS would try to scam ppl.
PS would love to get her for 3,714 ^^ Could get two xD

Great figure, but only if you use the 2nd anime face. The original expression isn't really good...

This is the most recent figure in my collection, and it is so extremly stunning! I love everything about this figure. And the mirror stand was a nice touch as well.

My Saber arrived yesterday at my home, well i said it was a absurd the shipping from Hobby Search but nothing they could do, the box of the figure itself is very large so in the end it needed to come in a huge box and to fill the empty space they put a lot of paper to protect the figure or else she could arrive in my home damaged =/
anyway, i'm really happy to get this figure on my collection, she's so damn beautiful!

Just as an added info, the alternate anime head was sculpted by Kuramoto Ikuma - the guy who sculpted Alter's Saber Maid Ver.

Ok, here's a advice for who is thinking to buy Saber in the Hobby Search bargain...
DON'T BUY! The shipping cost was absurd, 5,400 yens, in the end there's no discount! Be aware my friends.

I tried ordering some stuff from hobby search as well and found their shipping rates to be stupidly high. I had 3 figures in my order but they couldnt source one of them. Stupid postage on 3 figures averaged out to be bearable but the same postage on 2 was silly so I cancelled the entire order.
This Saber was only really cheap for americans and people in adjoining countries. For us Mona it's still cheaper to buy direct from Japan.
