I am also seeking this one desperately but after looking up many sites it looks like they are all gone. The american style box is also great because the name L is the emblem L and not just the letter. Wish I had found one, only found counterfeits :[

I love L, but this little guy is definitely the saddest nendo in my entire collection. : C He just pales in comparison.

For those of you that live in Los Angeles the Sugoilife stores in Northridge and Topanga as well as their Tokyo Japanese Outlet network stores found in Little Tokyo and elsewhere sell bootleg Death Note nendoroids. ><
It's really unfortunate since I'm pretty sure they try to maintain a pretty clean image. Those are the only bootlegs they sell so it's probably not intended...but they are bootlegs nonetheless.
