At Amazon Japan, her release is scheduled on March 31, along with Oboro Muramasa and Jude. Maybe they're the ones Alter picked for this month?-_-.. Many others scheduled on April and later. Of course most of them will be pushed back again for sure lol

Oh I didn't know that Alter's shipping schedule was already announced weeks ago. So Erica, Gisen, Ohana were the March releases then..?

making this 1/8 really messed up the whole line of the other bakemonogatari 1/7s, and the fact that her pose is so plain compared to GSC's is making this kind of a pass.
kotobukiya took a different turn with their nadeko and at least gave her another outfit, which makes it stand out more than this one, in my opinion.
i think alter should've at least tried something to make this one stand out, like perhaps give her the OP coloring, with the green hair and whatnot

By making it 1/8 scale, Alter is competing with Kotobukiya and GSC and making their 1/7 Bakemonogatari figures less attractive. I have the GSC version and it is the best Nadeko figure thus far. I am also ordering the Kotobukia version since it is a different yet still good costume. This Alter version is not cutting it for me. It is a lower cost alternative to those who like the jacket but cannot spare $130 for the GSC.

Even though this is ALTER we're talking about, I'm liking the GSC one a lot more. Her colors are flat, it's not very detailed, and there's something with her face I'm not liking.

So, re-thinking my decision on getting her. Cancelled for now, too.

I'm really tempted to get her! but I think I'll wait a while to order for three reasons

1: one figure I want more can appear in the same month so it's better to wait.
2: I already have the GSC one :3
3: The last two figures I got from Alter entered the bargain, so maybe it can happen with her too! :3
