Yeah, I also got a big problem with it :/ I finally managed to fit the end of the stand in her back after warming up this part of the petit, lol xD

Yep the heads work the same as a Nendo. This one even comes with two faces though she is a special case item #119713

The size doesn't bother me so much because they're only somewhat smaller than normal nendos
But you can change their faces. Also for the price you can't really expect Nendoroid level pose ability. Some do come with optional parts though.
