And there was nothing about these three (apart from a subtle hint of Vol.2 set for sale at BiJ), too item #150109 item #150110 and item #150111. Not even the smallest bit of readable news. Not even at Rakuten although there are plenty for sale now at Y!J. Japanese hide their Donyatsu well. But thanks to all the proxies, blind googling and nice people like lucy4 we can still get them :3
So, no, I don't think Shiranui could be occasionally found at any con. Still, if you find one - grab it as your lucky charm :)

If this was a higher priority for me I'd go through more measures to try a get one; since it's not and I don't have any spare money for it I'll just have to try my luck later. P; I already bought a regular Donyatsu for cheap from a store recently so that'll satisfy me for a while. x'D

Shiranui Donyatsu was limited to Winter WonFes 2013 only.
But you can still grab him at Y!J. Be quick, or you might end up never ever seeing him for sale again - like it happened to the Vampire one. I keep on hunting but there are none. Yet there were 3-4 selling slowly not long after that WonFes.

I ordered it and the shop didn't reply because I was too stupid with all that forwarding stuff, and after a month or so Rakuten cancelled my order. And then I was low on funds, lost my bank card, but the item was still there. And when I decided to order at last, it was sold out already. AGAIN. But I'll get him eventually, I hope.
So, if you see it anywhere by accident.. please, contact me.
