There's a set available for pre-order at Rakuten Collectoys (ext link). The shop is seemingly Japan-only but they work international, too (I asked them about at and they offer direct international shipping via EMS). The shipping to Europe was calculated as 2200 yen EMS, which is about 0,7 kg.

The comment at BiJ about Volume 2 bothered me for a while.. after some googling and unavoidable impulse purchase via proxy I found the first three.
