I don't understand why it doesn't show up elsewhere, though.
That's quite surprising! Now I feel much safer for my order with Collectoys because my experience with BiJ so far was highly positive.

There's a set available for pre-order at Rakuten Collectoys (ext link). The shop is seemingly Japan-only but they work international, too (I asked them about at and they offer direct international shipping via EMS). The shipping to Europe was calculated as 2200 yen EMS, which is about 0,7 kg.
