CypherDespite what's in the description, there's no cast-off option.
FINALLY got her.
Yeah, there is cast off, but only the skirt. The shirt must be force cast-off, but I'm not going to do it. Doubt there's much detail under there anyway.

Also, she's on Mandarake for 2500. Too lazy to post the link. =P
