arisutan (2 years ago) #3256521you're a smart egg huh. I'm gonna have to move out eventually, will post pics of his split apart ass if it ever happens...hahaha

Hopefully he doesn't split ;-; If you want, I can take a photo of how I placed mine onto the pegs without stretching him so you can try that next time. It really is secure but still possible to pull him off and it doesn't look super obvious that you aren't using all the pegs.

solluxcaptor (2 years ago) #3251796I'm scared to do so since I will definitely have to be moving him around at times and taking him off his base. I found another way to display him that works though. I didn't put all of the feet into all of the holes, I have the 'tilted' foot with the front hole in the back tilted spot, and using both of the flat pegs partially. Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, but basically it puts him on the pegs without stretching him apart, and it's still sturdy but can be removed with no problems :D There is one exposed peg but it doesn't look noticeable unless you look close.you're a smart egg huh. solluxcaptor (2 years ago) #3242667Got this today and wow you were not kidding. It seems impossible to get the two legs into the pegs on the base without splitting him apart... and I don't want Dio to face that fate again.yeah it's dangerous lmao. but a year on he is still fine. i haven't tried to take him apart and put him back in his box yet, however ^^;

arisutan (3 years ago) #2034572ok i had a number of problems with this figure...his feet were a lot closer together than the slots on the base, to get his feet in i think the figure actually split apart slightly between his legs. the gap is more noticiable in that seam but he's not broken and most importantly he's in the stand. i think this means that i'm not going to ever be able to disassemble him because if i put him in the stand a second time he might break apart! also i scratched the base with his foot trying to put him in, so there's a gold line. be really careful!
