I can't tell much from your picture, but the shading looks correct. If you look at the bootleg photos you can see there's little to no shading. I'm not familiar with heo.com so I can't comment on their legitimacy, but if you're sure they're reputable and you're sure that's where the shop got it from I don't think you have anything to worry about. A missing Toei sticker does not automatically mean bootleg. It's more common for shops in America and Europe to be missing stickers and I know the shops in America have a different color sticker than the ones in Japan. I'm not sure if Europe has silver or gold.
