arcticgator (1 year ago) #14570568I have this figure, but mine has the large plastic base, marked yuji shiozakai/wani books on the bottom, but i notice every other version i have seen has the smaller wood base, why is this?

Those with the wood base are from the prototype.

unicornpegasus (1 year ago) #8064655Just got her in the mail today, she was my last Shunya Yamashita, and grail, piece. My Shunya collection is as complete and I currently want to get it. I got her for a decent price, more than I wanted to pay of course, but under market value, especially the JP market judging from some current .com prices.
Does anyone know why her head is removable though? Only the skirt is cast-off-able, so I'm a bit perplexed by mine's head coming off very easily. She is used, so I want to make sure that's intended, not that her neck/head is broken. All quality and "assembly" signs point to it being intended, but I just want to double check with the experts. :) Thanks in advance!

For anyone interested I did find that her head should not be removable, but it seems to be a "common" issue with this statue. I will have to epoxy her head back into place. Hopefully it won't be visible and she'll still look ok.
