I just got this figure yesterday, and honestly she is cute. I don't think I like her hair though. Her pigtails feel very fragile.

Hi late response in here: The art it's based off is great but the sculpt of her face looks far too cutesy. I still like the figure (Too bad I have it ordered for my boyfriend and not myself...)

In any event I agree 100% that I'd love a GSC standard Luka as well. I got nothing against T2, but I just hoped they would have done a few more of her by now.
Then again i have this huge Luka bias that needs to be filled. Too bad I have missed a lot of orders lately.

In any event I'd love to have this Miku in my collection. She just feels so classic.

falugalobThey didn't base this figure on the standard illustration pose, so no reason they would do it for luka. As for design, the outfit is the same in Tony's illustration and the official illustration, plus people might want a standard luka so they can complete the set of crypton vocaloids (lol at least their vocaloid 2's). Also which art being better is pretty subjective so I wouldn't assume that everyone has the same opinion. All in all how about a standard luka GSC :/

syunriiThis is why GSC needs a slap in the face and realize that we don't need anymore Miku figures (for now) and move on to other Vocaloids ): Luka, Kaito, Gakupo even!
That being said, I personally really like the Tony Taka Luka. His style really suits Luka's character in my opinion (where as his Miku...doesn't really feel like Miku), and so what if it has sex appeal? Is it bad for a figure to play on sex appeal subtley and artfully? Luka always had a bit of a more mature image than cutesy Miku after all.
