This was my total cost:
1 item total: Y5,250
5% handling charge: Y263
Shipping:Registered Small Packet Y1,590
Insurance: (Registered Small Packet, included)
Grand Total: Y7,103
It might depend on where you live, or if its your first purchase with them they might take extra precautions with first time buyers (adding shipping insurance) to be on the safe side. I filed my order as a returning customer instead of a new customer, and I used Paypal (to avoid them processing the payment late because ive had them submit a payment on my credit card like a month after sending my order before). The payment method might also have something to do with it too because im sure credit card companies charge them transaction fee cost which they might pass on to the customer.

Yeah, I got the same deal, except my shipping was 100 yen less than yours (and I was still balking at that, lolz) to ship to NY. It's cool...I didn't want to ruin a potentially good business relationship with them over a couple of bucks. I did order from them last fall but I used a different email address that time, I think. And I always use Paypal. It's just easier that way.

Thanks. I got this one. It was a little cheaper than the one on Manda, but the handling fee brought it up to the same price...then their shipping is about $2 more than Manda's, and when I asked if that was the cheapest shipping option, someone sent me a very sarcastic, douchey email. Lolz. That's cool, I emailed them back and told them I'd rather foster a positive relationship with them than let them rattle me with rude comments, so I placed the order. Still a good price and I'm grateful that you provided the link. :)
