I actually never saw the figurine available through game pre orders here in america. I got mine in a bundle with pokemon card packs at target. It was a pack that came with a pokemon magazine avertising the arceus series of trading cards, three promos of giratina, dialga, and palkia, along with three booster packs from the D/P/P TCG themes. Since I like to collect cool looking cards too, and it was 20 bucks, I figured it was well worth it, got tons of cool cards and a cool figurine.

Try asking Gamestop stores if they have any left over - that's how I got mine.

I did, but apparently they all got thrown away. Yes. They got THROWN AWAY. That is infuriating.

Yes they are. Lugia comes with just SoulSilver preordered. Ho-oh comes with HeartGold when preordered. Arceus comes with both games preordered. I already added Lugia and Ho-oh separatly.
