slaitheTwist ties used to secure figure in packaging peeled off some paint when removed. :(

had exactly the same issue just now when i opened mine - scraped off a little paint on her left ankle :( should really have some plastic wrapping under the ties to prevent that. it's even worse on my tessa figure on her right ankle :/
