Then why are the Cheerful JAPAN! items in the polls to vote for? My opinion is that several is getting caught up with semantics. I could be wrong, but with this inconsistency of GSC's statement on Cheerful JAPAN! being on the polls even they explicitly stated they wouldn't be available, I am under the mindset that the limited and exclusive figures have been entered under the same mistake. I could be mistaken, but we'll see how it pans out.

That is not true. Mikatan said this: "All the products released up until 2012/04/10 (with the exception of Cheerful JAPAN! and limited edition products) will be available for you to vote on."


If the product is available for you to vote on then the product is obviously eligible. People are not reading what she's wrote and are passing all kinds of wrong information.
