I got extremely unlucky with my copy, as mine came with a right arm that cannot be attached into her shoulder socket. The arm was already detached from the main body when I opened the box.
I initially thought it was the ball plug on her arm that was too big, so I filed it down to a smaller size. After a few hours, I then realised (to my horror) that it was the shoulder socket itself was the problem. The hole was too shallow to accomodate the joint. And thus, I tried to "fix" it by drilling in a deeper hole.
In the end, let me just say that I failed badly, and had to super-glue the arm in place. Now, I can "proudly" say that my Azusa is one arm (shoulder) handicapped. =P
I was unlucky too with my Mio figma, her ellbow joint broke while being in her arm. She now has one normal arm and one stiff arm. ):

Aww man, I just got her today and her right twintail broke off...
I'm terrible at fixing things. I wish I could find a spare. :(
