yeah she hasnt risen but retail price is still retail :) she didnt price down =P
well I got her for 80 usd total from an user here so that was a steal!

chie is also easy to find as well as yoshii depending on which price you wantto pay they appear often on mandarake and I bought yoshii myself on yorokonde (back then the price was the same as manda due to bad ratings )
