I ordered there once and everything was ok. And with 10usd for first item and all after that 5usd shipping its the cheapest shipping for Artbooks I have seen so far. Payment works through paypal.
Thanks for the link, I think I'll get some artbooks from them. Not the Pandora Hearts one, even though I like the design a lot it's not in my to-buy-list.

CD Japan has it too. Ordered there twice, no problems.

and mandarake also has one ¥2200
