danicruz29 (17 days ago) #20813488goliathfasa was right, I misread the translation and only Cammy won the poll. Rashid was included due to being chosen by the developers but Rashid's prototype was first shown at Tamashii Nations 2016 event while Ryu and Chun-Li's prototype debuted at NYCC 2016.

Ah ok, they weren't unveiled at the same time, but Rashid was strangely unveiled really early on for a wave 2 figure. Guess it's Bandai's way of assuring collectors that they're committed to finishing the whole SFV lineup, and not just doing the usual Ryu, Ken and Chun and call it a day :P

Jimmothy (17 days ago) #20790190How in the world did Rashid beat the classics like Akuma, Ken & Guile? I must be out of touch with the SF community.

IIRC, Cammy was the one voted in. Rashid was decided long before the poll opened. In fact we saw the prototype along with Chun's and Ryu's first unveil I believe.

I know that feeling of waiting for eternity for figures to arrive, if only you can speed up time just so you won't have to wait any longer ha! Yeah, her articulation is top notch, I've been having so much fun posing her and she can do all her signature moves convincingly. Bandai really didn't skimp on the development of her figure.

From what I can see, Cammy uses a different hip joint and knee joint picture #1710396(similar to S.H. Figuarts Sailor Moon Crystal version picture #1611372)than Ryu and Chun-Li. From looking at this pic I found on twitter(image is too big and MFC won't let me upload it for some reason) It might be the old drop down hip joints which I hope it isn't since it's outdated or Bandai developed/modified a new hip joint for her similar to Chun-Li. Whatever it is, I hope it will help the figure be poseable without breaking the sculpt much since like Chun-Li, almost all of her special/signature moves are kicks so she will need a great hip articulation so that the figure will be able to recreate those moves flawlessly.
