Yeah, they basically said they can't do anything unless I had bought her directly from them. So I sold her :C
Mine has developed some thin horizontal cracks on her leg :C I sent Koto an email with pictures in the hopes that they'll replace her or something.

MoroI picked her up at a con today for $65, not bad considering what she retailed for. By far the most lovely detail about her is the hair--it's slightly translucent with a soft matte finish and looks gorgeous.
As purple as her plugsuit looks in promo photos, it's beautiful in person--shimmery snow white with faint purple highlights that make her look very lifelike. I'm not sure what people are complaining about, I like her very much.
My boyfriend got this lovely figure for me for Christmas. She's so pretty, can't wait to unbox her.

AstralFrostI originally got her more because I love Rei than because I actually liked the figure, but as soon as I unpackaged her my opinion changed. She's really very gorgeous and the paint job is quite good. Her head seems a tad large if you put her next to other similarly sized figures but when shown alone she looks perfectly fine. I love the pose and find her very attractive. I have ordered Asuka to go with her, even though I don't like her much. Stay tuned for me to change my mind on her as well!
