RaithosIt's not the BEST. I highly consider the SSJ Goku to be the best, then the Freeza then the SSJ3 and then this, but yeah he's pretty damn good. The Gero is surprisingly good too. Makes me wish they did an Android 17 and 18.

I'm a bit behind on these figures... I still would like to get SSJ Goku, Android 16, Piccolo, and Casual Goku... I could probably skip out on Vegeta and Gero. When it comes to the best figure... I think Freeza is the best. The SSJ Goku is extremely impressive, but the hair on the figure kind of bugs me from certain angles (Maybe I'm nitpicking). I don't have the figure in hand so I can't really give it a proper ranking. Based on pictures though, he's seems like a close 2nd.
