My most valued figure but I wish they would have made her face different. I see they did so in that variant; the one without the armor. Saber lily is the feminine persona of Saber; Takeuchi usually draws her with narrow eyes. But hey, that's just knitpicking. I love this figure!

ElixirHas anyone ordered this very figure via SAL Registered? It's exactly 2000 yen cheaper than EMS. Wondering how long it is going to take.

ElixirJungle's website all uses the same picture. It's impossible to judge if you're buying a reprint or not.

Frustrating.

kindly write to them

SNLKeeping figures in their boxes for too much time can damage them even more than the outside world...

PVC sweats under high temperatures and the boxes don't do any good in keeping the figures cool during summer. The paint can transferred to the plastic around the figure and you won't even notice. Those wires around her waist and ankles may leave marks because they're quite tight.
Also, depending on where yours is stored, there's humidity and mould. Drastic changes in temperature may cause the PVC to change colour and the paint to stain. At least outside the box the PVC can "breathe".

It's risky either way (boxed or not) but it's easier to enjoy her beauty when she's free.

i have not suffered such damage , of the few old figures i have actually opened none has any of these damages, plus if you keep your room cool and figures away from the sun, heat its no problem, i opened recently an old figure : item #89

a 2006 figure sealed until 4 months ago and there was no damage to the figure whatsoever, no stains, no sweat from pvc , nothing , plus if keeping things sealed were that risky no one would keep them sealed , while sealed stuff can get damaged , it really depends on how you take care of your figures , opened they can suffer even more damage , dust , falls and scratches from other objects can take their toll with figures , not to mention your sweat from touching them its a killer to paint on the long shot, also pegs are other problem with opened figures , sealed the pegs are safe and the figure remains undamaged.

the only thing i wont keep sealed unless i plan to sell it its dollfies since the need to be put together , otherwise i try to keeop everthing new.
