DQM_Terry (2 days ago) #2308586Sigh i really want this figure but the selling price for this is insane... im new to the figur collecting scene. And well Morrigan is one of my favourite charackters of all times.
Welcome to the club. I know the feeling well. There's an external link a few posts down by Celestial-Kitten for a Re-release request for the figure to GSC. You can fill that out and pray it does re-release hopefully in the (near) future...or go for the current available ones if you got the money to spend on it now...

Apricat (11 days ago) #2296626Does anyone know if an official GK version of this ever existed? thanks in advance!
MOD Edit: Do not post bootleg links. Thanks.

I assembled it once, and I'm going to do it again because it's a gorgeous figure.

Celestial-Kitten (14 days ago) #2291688I thought about this, but asking for a rerelease doesn't mean that we expect it now, just sometime in the future. I trust Max Factory and all the companies involved enough to believe that they would rerelease this Morrrigan ( if they decide to )after the current Morrigan figure has been out for a while and has some time to gain value. :)
When this Morrigan just came out, it sold out pretty quickly. You'd think they'd re-release it sooner since it was popular. Well, hopefully it will re-release eventually. The sooner the better (after the yet-to-be released Morrigan has its run, of course)...

mosstan (14 days ago) #2291475It's kind of rude to Capcom and Hamasaki Takeshi to request it since they just created a Morrigan.
Capcom would not allow a rerelease.

silent1134 (16 days ago) #2289332Thanks for the link. Already sent my request. I know GSC and Max Factory were close, but weren't they two separate companies? Would GSC be able to take request on behalf of Max Factory?

I believe so. Aoba's scale figure *on my phone so too much of a hassle to link lol* from DRAMAtical murder is a max factory figure but just about everyone who sent requests sent them to GSC and now he's being rereleased. His figure isn't as old as Morrigan but it's always worth a try. :)

Celestial-Kitten (16 days ago) #2288996I’ve heard that there is like a form of some kind that GSC has especially for rerelease requests but I’m pretty sure people have just been submitting product inquiry forms. Edit: Use the link and in the Inquiry Category, select Product/Rerelease Request. :D

I plan on asking some others for their support on Morrigan’s rerelease on a few sites tomorrow when I come home from work. I went to Anime Expo this year but was unable to attend the GSC panel, but one thing I heard from people who went is that GSC stated that they take customer requests for rereleases very seriously and if there is enough demand then they will more than likely do it, so we just need the support now. ^-^

silent1134 (17 days ago) #2287514True. I would consider paying double the retail price at most, but the way the prices have sky rocketed is just ridiculous. A slight price increase would still be reasonable than what we have to shell out now...
I doubt they'd mind since I assume everyone gets a cut of the profits from sales.
So, what can do we do to make this happen?
