The pearl paint on her torso is saggy looking somehow

Edit : got my replacement parts today, the new pieces look great. they didn't send me her bottom because I guess it wasn't painted bad enough but yet they can send me complete new twin tails even though I only asked for the hair joints :/

I emailed them and this is what nippon said back
"Hello and thank you for your email!
I'm really sorry for this mistake can you please provide me with a picture of the product you receive so i can process it and send
you the right item as for this one you can obviously keep it.
As soon as i have this picture we will send your item right away.
Once again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and the mistake."
I'm just glad I'm getting my nendoroid hopefully soon
