Is it just me, or are her arm parts a bit loose as well? I can't get the teeth out of Charlotte's mouth either.

Mine's arms fit quite nicely into the body. Her arm stand however is a completely different story. Had to force it in literally and I don't have any muscles so it didn't go in until I shaved some plastic off the stand's plug, then it fitted in but still loose. To take the teeth out, you have to take out the face, and use a toothpick (something like that) and push it into the hole directly behind the teeth.
