In the casual player scene, Noel IS a powerful character because of her high damage output off of random hits. Among the serious fighting game crowd however, Noel is and always have been at best a mid-tier character (except for in CS2 where she was top tier). I'm not going to go into detail about BB mechanics, match-ups, or character strengths because this is not the place for it, but I'm just going to say that everyone is entitled to their own opinion based off their own experiences with the game. Now can we all just move onto talking about this lovely figure? :3

guess im the casual random player XD and I loved her specials :3

its just annoying that the special combos arent easy to use .. for any character unless you have the joy stick =\ so I plan on getting the joystick so other characters get more interesting to play with

and the discussion already was at rest by my last comment I already stated everyone can have their own thoughts...
no need to be offensive right?

the figure btw is awesome I got her myself and shes lovely and def. in my top 10 fav figures <3

CSEX she got a major nerf, and I haven't seen what they did to her CP wise at all yet, but it's probably nowhere near how she was in CT.
If you want an OP character, hey how about we all take a look at Ragna. CT he was OP, CS he was still pretty powerful, I don't even know how he was in CSII but I do not recall any bitching and then CSEX they decided "hey let's make Ragsy how he was in CT." Also for CP he's supposed to be pretty good so yeah... Not to mention he is the absolute easiest character to pick up supposedly. Most netplay rooms are littered in Ragnas.

also tager is annoying to play with same for hazema .. but yeah theyre powerful but you have to know how to use them .. noel and jin for me all the way and I played both games :) also on psp as well as xbox

to me rachel is powerful as well shes quite nice and her personality as well!

agree and very easy to use that is why :) some are perhaps more powerful but noel can easily counter block and attack =P though shes no good against long distance characters .. so she does have flaws

I love playing her as well as jin ;) jin is even easier cause he can do long distance as well

That's not CT Arakune. Haven't been keeping up with the latest patches but last time I checked, Makoto was top tier.

Ordered her at AmiAmi preowned section (A:A condition) for 20k.
I didn't get to combine her with my November order, and didn't understand why, until I remembered that it is still 15 minutes left of October in Japan XD
Well, I asked them if they could combine anyway and I hope they do so, if I were to pay were for her right now then I wouldn't have any money left for food the next two weeks ;-;
