That store has a tinnnnnnny figure section (one out in the open, by English DVDs/Blu-Rays, and two detolfs) and they just randomly get older figures once in a while. The rest are brand new releases.
Iirc, I remember seeing this figure sitting by the store's front window. They put quite a lot of their figures on sale. Mostly the stuff that's been sitting around for a year or two.
