WOAH! GoodSmile Company was unexpectedly nice! I though they were only sending me a joint or two, but I got a whole other faceplate (joint included) and body!

Well the seller didn't do a good job packing mine... her body is seperated from her body and is in piece in the plastic. Oh and her neck joint is snapped X: not happy at all....

Contacted the seller and they are sending me three replacement neck joints free of charge :)
